This Pre-War home is located in the much sought after Bixby Knolls neighborhood of Long Beach, CA. It went through a few additions and remodel through the years, making it a stitched together homes when RedEarth discovered it. We created a unified custom designed home, with high end finishes befitting the classy neighborhood. This newly renovated Boho Chic home flows effortless from one space to another with a poetic mix of old and new. The outdoor patio joins the main house to ADU, completed with its own bathroom and kitchen. This house was designed as an enclave for rest, work, and a gathering delight for generations to come.
